Why is Tallow so good for the skin?

Tallow provides deep moisturisation and barrier repair. Unlike many synthetic creams and balms, tallow is uniquely compatible with human skin. The lipid profile closely mimics the molecular structure of human sebum allowing deep hydration.

Tallow contains oleic, palmitic, and stearic acids that match our natural oils for optimal absorption. It acts as an effective skin barrier to lock in moisture and target severe dryness delivering essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins directly to the skin barrier restoring skin stressed by UV rays, weather, or harsh chemicals.

Tallow delivers natural vitamins A, D, E, and K to promote cell regeneration and elasticity. Tallow also calms inflammation as it contains linoleic acid, which helps soothe irritation from eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. It is gentle enough to use everyday and effective enough to use as required on skin flair ups for example.
